Privacy notice

QA Online is run by the Radiological Physics and Radiation Safety Group at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

What we hold: your name, email address and user ID, the sites you work with, and the QA records you enter. We hold no patient information.

Why: to record who carried out each equipment QA test and to control who can see each site's records.

Who can see it: users registered for the same sites, and our administrators. We do not share it with anyone else.

Where: all data is held in the UK.

How long: QA records are kept as part of each piece of equipment's QA history. Unused accounts are removed after a suitable period.
